I was like maybe 6 o 7 (in 1976 or 1977) when my uncle pull out a cinema đœïž on his living room in #Venezuelađ»đȘ and he put a reel with the "Sound of Music" movie...
Since the first seconds I watched the movie, I thought to myself "when I grow up, I want to be in that place" (Salzburg), that chance came up in 1989 when my Dad gave as my High School graduation gift, a 2 weeks travel to Vienna#AustriađŠđč and while I was there, I took 2 days to visit "the city of my childhood dreams" Salzburg. That was the travel that changed forever my perception of life and the world, so much that I came back to both Vienna and Salzburg again in 1995 and lived in Vienna 5 years until the year 2000.
The best 5 years of my life! #AustriađŠđč Is such a WONDERFUL place to live, but reality bites, and since 2016 we are (me and my family) living as a political refugees in Florida EE UU.
Some day I will have the chance again to go back to Europe with my wife, kids and our dog...
