aw, pancit, looks great, one of my favorite dishes in the Philippines, and yes, almost as nice as Mariben.

Just a note Marissa, extra virgin olive oil is for dipping and drizzling on foods. It's not very good for frying. The virgin olive oil blend is better for frying or cooking.
The food looks incredible, Mariben is a hard worker and excellent cook. Someone will be very lucky to marry her. The house is proressing really fast and I like the floor tiles.

I think the tile in the half bath looks good.
Why there a 2 or3 inch cement base under the tile ?
No salt is better and healthier❤ You can spice your chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and italian seasoning.

Julius, and the rest of the workers might be shortening his life, by not protecting himself in 2 ways!
First, whenever cutting stones and or tiles, the person doing the cutting of any stone and or tiles needs to wear an OSHA/ANSI mask, and should always never cut rock or tiles dry!!! they should always cut materials when wet, to keep the dust particles from floating.
I feel so bad, because these workers are cutting their lives short and subjecting them to Respiratory diseases such as preventable; Silicosis, which causes pulmonary fibrosis, a lung disease caused by breating in tiney bits of silica.
May I suggest that the two of you, purchase some NP95 filter Mask for these guys, your job is not going to kill them, but if they continue working without using water to keep the dust down and from spreading into their breathing space, their near future lives with quickly cause them respiratory sickness!
and of course it would be even better if you explain to them, the need to protect their lungs, so they can remain healthy and live without sickness for the rest of their working lives and beyond!
I my past life I was a construction safety trainer!
Cutting, grinding, drilling, mixing or opening bags of cement, concrete, rocks, tile, or bricks are all hazards they need to protect themselves from being a victim! Tell them to always keep the dust and saws wet! and to waer protective mask!
I wish these men many, many more years of safe and healthy work projects!
My prediction is that Ming is going to get more and more comfortable coming in that He might end up sleeping on Dennis’s chair when Dennis gets up in the morning!
