You guys have some very good workers, and I like the floor plan design and your guy's attention to detail. Make it how you want, don't worry about anything. My house in Mexico has been a work in progress and little by little. Still have the 2nd floor to complete. I wish I could bring your workers here for a few months.

Think someone may have said this.... Could have just done a door from the great room expansion directly into the exercise room. It wouldve been a larger room, no wasted space for that "hallway," actually a part of the rest of interior house....rather than window looking out onto a wall. Just a thought.

A good treadmill is important, it will give your legs ,back and knees Cushing and that's important if you are going to use it a lot. The place is coming along great 👍 they would rather cut the window now than later. Windows = free national lights..good decision

This house is going to be perfectly suited for the both of you and your family. ALL of the changes the both of you have made, I agree with 100% I don't think the results would be as good without either of your input. Great friggin job guys!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

What I think about the change? ... Absolutely fantastic!! That vertical window and placement is a superb idea! It will look great and serve a good purpose to be able to see out into the garage. Actually Marissa, you may not be "construction person" like you said ... BUT, you are very good at planning, executing, and adjusting your plans for improvement on your house/car/yard/CZcams channel. You have very good foresight for what will look good. Dennis obviously knows good and sound construction, did it for multiple decades. And you are good at be able to "see" what will look good in the end. Between the two of you, it always works out. You are both a good balance to the other. The new edition will be well built and will look amazing in the end. That construction crew in PHENOMENAL 💯👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
