1:31 most viewed? If u still can't find the second artifact it's under the stairs in the room with the legendary chest.
It might have something to do with the glitch shortly after. Once you climb at 1:35 a wall is there with enemies behind it. Which triggers the fight stance making it impossible to open the chest or even climb down 🤦.

that chest cannot be done at 3.44 for some reason
I don't know how it works, but I didn't managed to do it until I got my axe to lvl 7 or 8. I have noticed that the bells kept ringing longer.
The order is important. The first one rings for much longer than the other two.

I fought them thru the wall b4 I realized freya wasn't behind me🤦🏾♂️ u have to go around back outside down the chain where u fought one of the minotaur
If you are with Freya and completed it you probs have the 2nd stairway open
