Like every TV programs hosted by Suraj Singh Thakuri, It's My Show has been superhit Nepali show from it's first episode and liked by Nepalese and Non-Nepalese throughout the world. I am practising OMAD ( one meal a day) for more than 5 years now. I started with keto diet with ACV (apple cider vinegar) and intermittent fasting. Progressed to 16:8 meal plan and then 20:4 and finally OMAD. Your body will be so so light with this low carb diet. You will never feel low energy at all. I don’t drink, smoke and vegetarian too. Dr. Mansoor is absolutely right about the food we eat. Have you ever noticed the word FASTFOOD. The person who ever derived this word is very smart. He added S and made the JUNKFOOD sound cool.
