Draymond was comfortable with saying that he laughed in Myers’ face after Myers asked him to apologize to KD. He also said that he told Myers that the alternative was to curse him out. Draymond shared this on his podcast and there were likely no repercussions for it. It appears that some people tolerate Draymond because they’re afraid of him and know that he can help them be successful.

Thank you Shannon, KD had to come correct because he was on the receiving end of Draymond's burst of anger. And, he could have easily become JP on a different day. Draymond has already sort of back off of the original apology and that says a lot about his sincerity. We remember in the past season that he said that a fine doesn't phase him because he makes millions, so that was useless. I still believe that he can be redeemed.

From day one I believed the Warriors released the tape mostly to have fuel for the justification to get rid of him. Yes he caused it on himself, but I believe they've wanted to move him for some time, but held off due to his impact and attitude that they can't just replace with talent. But now that his contract is coming up, I believe he will be moved and this tape will allow them to do so without getting any pushback. That being said, I have nothing to say about the punch because plenty of folks have done that already.

Words aren’t violence Shannon. Even if he insulted his wife or mother, you have to choose to let words hurt you. Violent actions against someone actually harm them.
