KD has said quite a few times now that he never felt like he was needed on the Warriors; it was always going to be Steph Curry's team, and he couldn't accept that. He also couldn't handle the fact that the fans weren't going to validate his championships because he joined the very team that eliminated him from the Finals. The Draymond situation was just "the straw that broke the camel's back"
I think Draymond's issue with KD was more about his noncommittal to the Warriors. He thought they were brothers, so he expected KD to discuss this with him.
