Chicken Nugget Recipe
2 large chicken breast with tender attached
1 chicken skin
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp msg
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 tbs oil
2 tbs cornstarch
Batter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp msg
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cup cold seltzer water
Copycat Mcdonalds/Burger King BBQ
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
3 drops of smoke liquid
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire
Big Mac sauce ( I just eyeballed it so I’m gonna try to give close measurements)
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 tbs mustard
1 tbs onion, blanched
1 tbs relish
1 tbs dill pickle, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Tbs vinegar
Salt + Pepper

you friggin did that! i haven't had mcdonalds in the u.s. for like 15 years bc of all the processing and seeing how you did it, it's a process yes but more organically if that makes any sense. i am probly not going to make this bc i dislike cooking meat (touching, cleaning, slowly becoming more vegetarian), but super nice for a family cooking week *not night lol)

4/18/21 I was visiting Kure Beach with a friend on Sunday evening when i saw two children in distress .Myself and a lady by the name of Jessica Lea Embry were two of the beach-goers who entered the water to save the children. We both became distressed during the rescue. Embry and myself were pulled from the water by responding members of the Kure Beach police and fire departments. The rescuers tried unsuccessfully to resuscitate Embry, who was pronounced dead at the scene. I was semi-conscious and having difficulty breathing when i was pulled from the water. I was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
When my vital signs became unstable on Sunday night, I was put on a ventilator and was in a comma for two days. I was taken off of the ventilator on Monday and was scheduled to have an X-ray to see if there was any water remaining in my lungs.It has been so hard for these past weeks as I'm trying to heal and seek help while bills/rent is still coming non-stop and they don't care who/what you are they just want they money. I have two daughters that I have to provide for and a grandmother that I take care of on top of being self-employed (Photographer/Videographer) and trying to maintain my company. I haven't been able to even accepting any new clients or bookings because during the situation at Kure Beach I was filming and taking photos of the scenery and when it was brung to my attention that the girls was drowning I dropped my camera on the beach and ran too the girls not thinking about my 3,500$ Sony camera sadly it was too close the edge of the beach and the water destroyed it & I didn't have any insurance on it cause I believe in just taking care of anything you purchase. I just ask to whom-ever reading this finds it somewhere in your heart & soul to bless me with some help. I truly need it. Whatever you can spare is greatly appreciated and I mean that from my heart & soul. please keep me my family, the two little girls, they family & Ms.Embry and her family in your prayers please & thank you.
