Today is 8 years since I first moved to Ireland. I created a 7-minute video to share my experience as an international student at UCC. Here is a glimpse of what I got up to in the Emerald Isle:
- 1 year in Cork as an Exchange Student at University College Cork (UCC)
- 7 months in Limerick as an Intern at Analog Devices Inc. (ADI)

I'm not sure about it because I didn't do that course. Please check the university's website for further information. Most students do get a placement, however it is not guaranteed, you need to apply for different positions. I'm sure if you put in the work and prepare, you will be successful. I hope this helps.

Hey Awen, I'm delighted to hear from you!
There are many companies in those areas in Ireland. As long as you develop the required hard and soft skills, actively look for the opportunities and give your best in the interview process, I don't see how you couldn't get a job in Ireland. I would suggest that you check out jobs.ie to see if there are any job opportunities that interest you, read the job descriptions and develop your skills to meet the requirement. Also, network as much as you can, meeting the right people can change the course of your life.

can i study automotive daignostics in ucc pleas answer ?
Hello there, I'm not sure if there is a course in that specific area. University degrees are generally more broad than that. If you have completed your undergrad and want to especialise this one specific area (automotive diagnostics), you may try to enroll in a research or taught masters programme in a related field (e.g. electronic engineering is you are more interested in the hardware, or computer science if you are more interested in the software side of thing) and try to do your dissertation in that area. Hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I'm not sure what PME stands for... so, I am probably not the best person to guide you, sorry about that. You can search on UCC's and MTU's website if there is a course related to that field of study. Best of luck on your journey =)

Hey Shubham, I’m sorry but I’m not very familiar with this course. I did the bachelors on Electrical Engineering and the Phi in Engineering Science.
