Im convinced that Autism is more of a Superpower than a Mental Disorder! At least in a good percentage of cases! Ive met more autistic people than i can remember..both adults & kids, male & female, and if they showed any visible “negative” characteristics at all of having Autism, its usually something inconsequential like just being quieter than most of their peers, or something along those lines…but more often than not, they’ll have at least one thing, alot of times multiple things, that they do/can do that they are naturally gifted at and either, as a child, doing it at the level of kids twice their age…or as adults, doing it at an almost professional level! Whether it be something physical like drawing, painting, or some other kind of arts & crafts or hobby type thing, or something mental like being able to instantly do like 5 or 6 digit multiplication problems in their head, or knowing like every dinosaur to ever exist, along with ALL the facts of each one, like whether they were herbivore/carnivore/omnivore and when they went extinct, etc…it amazes me!
Hey friends ^^ Just a friendly reminder before you comment. We autistic people are people, we have feelings, hurts, things that make us happy etc. Were not just an idea/label on a screen. We are not just kids. Autistic children grow up and become adults. Be kind ❤
I do NOT like the wording "Despite having a mental disorder." As someone with ADHD myself it's very dehumanizing and basically denying the boy's efforts. Just because one has a different thought process than others, does not mean they are any less human. All it is is a different way of taking in information and using it, which I don't think there's anything wrong with it. The society we live in just makes certain things more difficult for those with developmental disorders.
As someone with an autistic child, i think what people miss is that it's often not a talent but a result of obsession and constant practice. My daughter is 6 and draws incredible pictures of the shows she loves and reads books well beyond what's normal at her age however she is completely non verbal.
eh most of us are really good at something bc we tend to get intense about our interests but for most people it's not something that's practical or can be put to use. From my experience it's easier to find someone that's really good at memorizing game lore or history or something than these savant types that make showstopping art
While autism is a mental disorder that requires dependence from a caretaker, people with autism truly have remarkable abilities. This is so wholesome and pure. I hope he continues to use his talent and would love to see what the future holds for him! Bravo young man.
@justyana488 I didn't mean all. My brother has autism but is able to live life relatively normal. Obviously, he has some issues with different aspects in life but is independent for the most part.
@stinkyboy6474 lmao I don't need to prove it any one with more than 1 braincell would be able to see it and imagine saying shut up over comments cause you don't have an actual comeback this doesn't even concern you bruv go back to having no life
It is not a disability, it is a special ability while the brain is other "wired and connected". its a feature i would say. You see structures, patterns or other visual cues. So call it a disability is a negative term for something which is beautiful what the nature had planned for us, to see through different eyes/views.
@@maibat1It's still a disability. A disability refers to something that impacts ones daily life in a negative way. Autism definitely impacts someone's daily life in a negative way. It can make it difficult to form relationships, and meltdowns, sensory overload, and shutdowns are common.
@@Some_Dutch_Kid I'm aware that sometimes (or even most of the time) the struggles that an autistic person has are barely noticeable from the outside. But that doesn't mean it doesn't affect their daily life in a negative manner.

@SPIRITEN25559 I sort of understand where you're coming from. But I wasn't only talking about autism though. I'm talking about both physical *and* mental conditions. The definition of disability is a physical *or* mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities. Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but is that not the correct terminology?-
Lol. Come on , really. You are stretching reality to it's limits for that assumption. He's an artist, has social media accounts , and posts his art almost daily. But keep on thinking he's less than extremely talented.
People with autism have really special skills. In different areas. So i'm not surprised he did something remarkable here. Autism comes with difficulties but with such beautiful strong skill sets on a whole different level
Not really sure we should be calling an autistic person ‘disabled’, many of them are just so talented like in this case. Perhaps they are just special, and even if they don’t appear to be extraordinarily talented they are just simply different from most of us, not disabled.
But we are though? Being autistic is not bad, it’s just a different neurotype. It does disable us in day to day life, making things like social interactions and navigating a world that’s not built for us, difficult. Personally, being autistic, I have sensory issues. If the environment I am in is very busy, it stresses me out and I just can’t function, and I would consider that disabling. That’s just one example of things I deal with daily. The only time you shouldn’t use the word disabled is if you are doing it to try to insult a person, or if they specifically told you not to. Yes we’re different from neurotypicals, and we are disabled. Disabled is not a bad word!
disability is not a bad word, it is just a descriptor for how autism affects a person’s life, and when you take away the fact that it is a disability, instead opting for it to be a ‘difference’ you take away the acknowledgment of the struggles that autistic people go through.

I get why you think that, but it's rather a *difference* of where our intelligence is. In terms of social situations and queues, we're usually hopeless. But our hyperfixations and "logical" stuff is usually quite easy for us.
@@stinkyboy6474Couldn't have said it any better.
Smart gifted boy!
I'm autistic and i am so tired of people calling it a disability or a superpower. Were just humans
That is truely amazing, I admire anyone that can create art such as this
Well done 👌❤️
Hes not autistic, hes artistic
He's both tho ....
Aurtistic
Well we can say he is altruistic
I am both these things and find this funny.
He has artisum
That's not paint, it's oil pastels.
he can multi task.. welcome to being human.
Raw talent ❤!
He's well good, it's beautiful young man
My sisters autistic and she can’t talk so this is heart warming ❤❤❤
Omg his drawling is so cool❤️❤️
“he’s autistic, BUT he’s got an incredible talent” for the love of god please be respectful
Are we supposed to act like autism doesn’t hold people back in many ways? This man is celebrating the kids special talent, chill out a little bit.
I'm an autistic artist, and this dies feel disrespectful. I can't put my finger on why, I can't put my finger on most things, but something feels very off.
@@addystryker7215 ok?
Yeah, there is no need to call him retarded..this is the second video with the same intro..
@@addystryker7215I'll help you out; it's because ppl are expressing their surprise that someone can be autistic and yet also talented... they're being jerks, whether they realize it or not. So feel free to be offended!
He has amazing talent live on kid don’t let anyone stop you
The way he holds it tho is killing me
Im convinced that Autism is more of a Superpower than a Mental Disorder!
Hey friends ^^
Just a friendly reminder before you comment. We autistic people are people, we have feelings, hurts, things that make us happy etc. Were not just an idea/label on a screen.
We are not just kids. Autistic children grow up and become adults. Be kind ❤
RHANK YOU we are not saints for being autistic.
Omg that is incredible truly amazing honestly proud of him even if I don’t know him I’m proud of what he’s doing keep doing your stuff man
SU FORMA DE TOMAR EL LÁPIZ ES DE AUTISTA
Make him a gallery artist … people will thousands for his creativity..
May God's continue to bless this child
God does not exist
Seems to ne that god fucked him more than anything else.
It’s crazy I couldn’t really see it until a few seconds later from the beginning and but that is truly incredible what he’s doing
His smile just made me cry in joy he looks so happy❤❤
Thats the power of imagination and creativity. Thats God
I kind of feel like it's more rare to see an autistic person without a Great gift/talent than it is to find one With a Great talent/gift.
true lol
As someone with an autistic child, i think what people miss is that it's often not a talent but a result of obsession and constant practice. My daughter is 6 and draws incredible pictures of the shows she loves and reads books well beyond what's normal at her age however she is completely non verbal.
eh most of us are really good at something bc we tend to get intense about our interests but for most people it's not something that's practical or can be put to use. From my experience it's easier to find someone that's really good at memorizing game lore or history or something than these savant types that make showstopping art
Guess i got the short end of the stick
I had a stroke trying to read this it's not your fault tho it's mine I was trying to comprehend the with or without part
While autism is a mental disorder that requires dependence from a caretaker, people with autism truly have remarkable abilities. This is so wholesome and pure. I hope he continues to use his talent and would love to see what the future holds for him! Bravo young man.
Erm. Hi, autistic person here. We dont ALL need caretakers but some of us do need special care. Thanks for your concern though.
@justyana488 I didn't mean all. My brother has autism but is able to live life relatively normal. Obviously, he has some issues with different aspects in life but is independent for the most part.
@@TheMikeHunt oh! Thanks for clarifying 😊

Hi, autism isn't a mental disorder
He was using only half of his powers
This young boy is ARTISITIC
This is pure skill and intelligence❤
1 art doesn't take intelligence 2 the kid didn't draw it 🙄
@@Zeltrove1 shut up 2 prove it
@stinkyboy6474 lmao I don't need to prove it any one with more than 1 braincell would be able to see it and imagine saying shut up over comments cause you don't have an actual comeback this doesn't even concern you bruv go back to having no life
Sometimes we have to look at our disabilities as abilities, and stuff like this is absolutely amazing he is a true artist! 😊
@deadflypremium As an Autistic person, those are not common. You might be friends with an autistic person and not even know it.
@@Some_Dutch_Kid I'm aware that sometimes (or even most of the time) the struggles that an autistic person has are barely noticeable from the outside. But that doesn't mean it doesn't affect their daily life in a negative manner.
@@maibat1are you autistic too?
(I'm not being mean, genuinely curious if you're one of us, or one of the ableds lol
I’m so proud to see my families talents. I’m also thankful to all of you, because I’m 12 and usually find people making fun of our disorder/gift. Mine is math, and people are super surprised to see how crazy our talents could be. 😊❤
I watched this once and he is so sweet
This shows that no matter what you are or what you have you can do everything
This comes to show that no matter what disability you may have, everyone can master creating art.
Who said disability?

@@Tokenzz_ Autism isn't a disability
@SPIRITEN25559 I sort of understand where you're coming from. But I wasn't only talking about autism though. I'm talking about both physical *and* mental conditions. The definition of disability is a physical *or* mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities. Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but is that not the correct terminology?-
Cool can we just change it to this young boy has talent
This drawing is better than every drawing I made in my life
Oh goodness gracious, that's fabulously fabulous 😅very well created my young man! Shared!! 🎉
I like how someone clearly completed the drawing between the cut
Idk whats more incredible, the fact that kid was using no reference or the fact that he call the medium he’s using paint
Not really sure we should be calling an autistic person ‘disabled’, many of them are just so talented like in this case. Perhaps they are just special, and even if they don’t appear to be extraordinarily talented they are just simply different from most of us, not disabled.
Yes !!
Are you autistic? Have friends or family that are autistic? Not really sure why you think you can decide what to call autistic people if not ...
autism is a disability. do not de-validate the struggles and accommodation that autistic people go through
disability is not a bad word, it is just a descriptor for how autism affects a person’s life, and when you take away the fact that it is a disability, instead opting for it to be a ‘difference’ you take away the acknowledgment of the struggles that autistic people go through.
Narrator was right! My mind was blown! When they showed the eagle right after the squiggly lines, my eyes went wide! So beautiful! Keep up the beautiful art little man!!
