Not gonna lie, at the end of the conversation when Peter said bye and faded away, that just hurt for some reason and I don't know why.

When he left it made me think of someone talking to their friend, and said that they should hang out the next day, because they hadn’t seen each other in a while. And then the goodbye would be their last words to each other. But then he would never show up, because he died in an accident on the way there. Watch that part of the video with that context if you understood what I said cause I can see it being confusing.

That's the challenge that he keeps struggling to get by in every incarnation of Optimus himself, he fights, for his Autobots, the freedom of sentient beings, but it keeps taking a toll on him by losing twice of those he cares for than he can he achieves his missions due to the war. Movie Optimus is one of the example of this.

I would LOVE to meet the voice behind Optimus Prime. Optimus is my favorite Transformer and Peter is my favorite voice actor for him. I grew up on Neil Kaplan and David Kaye, but Peter EMBODIES Optimus Prime.
There’s a saying that you should never meet your heroes because they will disappoint you. Guess whoever said that didn’t meet Peter Cullen! I’ve watched many interviews and fan interactions with Peter before and he always comes across as such a lovely guy. He is pretty much Optimus Prime in human form. He is a class act and so are you Alfonso. So happy for you to have met and spoken to him, you deserve this.
I’ve met a lot of the transformers voice actors recently and many of them seem like lovely down to earth people, who are just happy that people remember them, appreciate their work and love transformers. So I’m glad to say my heroes aren’t so bad.

This is my second time watching. I just didn’t wanted to comment. I just wanted to enjoy. I felt so much things at the same time. Epicness, nostalgia, joy and so much more. I must admit I might have been jealous if I was just watching someone intervening Peter Cullen THE FREAKING LEGEND. But with Alfonso, it felt like he deserved it. I mean that’s almost his reason to be alive! So I was so happy for him. Man this video literally is a good reason to be alive in 2021! I met Peter in person when he attended our Canadian Comic Con back in 2019. Can honestly say, it was a thrill meeting him. Lobbied for the company that holds our event many years to bring Peter in. They finally got him to attend, along with Frank Welker, who voiced Megatron. It was literally the happiest day of my life.
