Its always fun to play multipleplayers with people having world’s top network speed
dont think its internet issue more like slow pc i know because game was freezing for me too and what happens is that you are "stuck" in one position so you go like 160km and then instantly stuck on 0 until you "unfreeze" its game breaking tbh because normally even if the game would froze for you when it unfreeze you should be in completely different position but im guessing its multiplayer code fault it saves your position so even if you should be moving you are not and because of that crazy shit like that happens in multiplayer people who go full speed become unmovable walls only to move seconds later

as a true truck driver who has spent 15 years on the roads, i can attest that this game is supremely realistic! I didn't find any errors.

I'm a 40 year international veteran. I must admit it's pretty close. Big down fall is the braking mechanism. I play in Vr and you get the over push when you release brakes. Bit of a immersion killer tbh. Never the less, it's great fun for sure.
I'm amazed that Tony is able to see so many people, usually I just see empty roads. Maybe I just pick really quiet routes.

Back in the day it was the calais-duisburg road that had many players. I guess it should be the same but mods and other dlc content might have taken some people. Try that road its usually fun driving with a lot of people around

I wondered if it could really be this common for bad driving, and yep it is xD Tried this multiplayer yesterday and instantly had someone front collide me full speed at a crossing.
Is there another way (other than convoys) to join a multiplayer? I’ve been wondering this for a while.
@@joshishuman3145 Yes, that is TruckersMP, an online mod. I stopped playing it though because there were too many trolls and bad drivers. But worth to give a try if you're interested.

@@nyftn Yeah, haven't worked with but went to truck driving school not long ago, so I've driven trucks as well. Actually got the game to practice trailer reversing but stayed for the fun of driving. Playing in VR for more realism.

been watching since the first few videos of this series, and theyve all been awesome :D
the key in trucking MP, regardless of what version, you never want to follow that closely behind someone because of that very issue of lag. You will be stopped like you ran into something but the other player will never notice it happen because it actually didn't.
As for the other idiots, ya, most of those deserve a ban and the troll cars are now gone from the game but people just use blank trucks to do the same, and wrose.
Rule of thumb, at least 2 seconds distance distance when driving car, at least 3 seconds distance when driving truck.
The administration on TMP is soo bad. One time i got banned for doing a U turn, got banned twice for driving onto the gas station the wrong way and got banned spawning in the wrong place. But when i fucking intentionally ram people, overtake and crash someone etc. nothing happens, it is crazy

It’s amazing to see this. If I drive 10 different routes I get like 9 of them without anyone or I see less than 10 trucks in total and 1 route full of chaos where anything possible and even things you didn’t think was possible happens so I’m glad I’m not the only one going through such things but damn man… you go through that a lot

As someone who is at least an American trucker, this is usually just the typical Monday morning in Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta
people won't know how true you are until they've actually done it.
I drove to dallas twice and I ended up going to atlanta 4 times......god blessed~!
still remember one morning, in 5 hours, there was 45 collisions in atlanta; queue me from rural minnesota where collisions are VERY rare....
0:05 - I had similar event in the past related to the in-game report. Game Moderator, who handled the report has most likely selected the wrong player before pressing the "Ban" button. The mistake was corrected rather quickly afterwards, with the correct perpetrator being banned instead.
its always nice to know a mod/admin knows how to quickly remove their mistake so the right targets get it.
Yeah hopefully that was the case. There were two bad drivers in that incident but neither of them was recording this video.

Your videos are always so funny! I need to ask you a question, even if you'll say that I'm way too far back in this game. How do I get to use mods in multiplyer? I've searched many tutorials on CZcams, but nothing helped.
Make sure the mod is compatible with TMP first. You have to load it and enable it in single player first and load and save. Then make sure it’s in your tmp mods folder and load up tmp.

@alexxx xxx обкатал на truckmp около 300 часов и практически по всем городам кроме DLC и не встретил, только один раз не большую пробку в 15-20 человек

Фпс просел оооочень сильно, были постоянные фризы. В итоге мне эти идиоты расшатали фуру, и я уехал обратно в Берлин на на половину убитом грузовике, и там я его починил. Как оказалось, этот город - граница "дороги дураков"

@@hizzyvr filming with anything his gameplay and cutting the wheel and hands out and putting them over the gameplay, (in-game he hasn't any wheel in the interior so it doesn't overlap the real wheel)

Now I know where all the maniacs on the road learn their stupid and dangerous tricks from. Unfortunately, there is more and more of this kind of thing on the road, and the aftermath is too often tragic.
My trucker sense was screaming internally watching this video. Think I'll stick to single player with ATS.
Yeah, but in case of the video, besides some irresponsible driving, bad netcode/extrapolation seemed to be the cause of a lot of the accidents shown. For example a vehicle should never decelerate within one simulation frame from 50 to 0 and stuff like that. When the datastream is shortly interrupted due to connectivity issues, the engine should continue with a local simulation for a couple of frames until it receives positional data again.
