Chetki tutorial - the twist - another beginner exercise

Alright everybody... I have to admit that slowing things down and trying to explain each step and wrist movement is harder than I thought it would be. I tried though. I hope y'all can gather enough info from the visual side of it because the step by step explanation is horrible. I am finding out that I am not that good at tutorials....

My guy.. I have no fucking clue what you just explained. Can you grab the part that's swinging and slowly demonstrate how it's supposed to move? Right now all I'm getting is a motion blur and I have no idea what motions I'm supposed to be making. It's just too fast to visually break down.
