- Today we're saying goodbye to a few of the cars from The Shmuseum for various reasons; the @Shmee150 Senna, Vantage GT8 and Emira are all off different things and the LEGO Senna returns to McLaren's HQ. However, we need to talk about which cars might be sold...
The first errand of the day is to drop the Lotus Emira First Edition at @TopazDetailing for vulnerable area Paint Protection Film to be installed, as all Shmeemobiles! From there we're taking both the McLaren Senna and Aston Martin Vantage GT8 for their 4th and 6th annual services - time is marching by. Lastly, the transport team are at the barn to collect the LEGO Senna and return it back to MTC after the visit to stay with us over the Christmas period.
In order to lift up the 470,000 LEGO brick version of the McLaren Senna, we booked a fortlift with Hiremech:

From what I can see, Shmee is more attached to the Focus than the C63 AMG Black Series.

I feel like the C is one to go but I honestly would consider getting rid of the SF90 once the GTB comes in. They kind of serve the same role the SF90 is standard model so it more than likely won’t retain value as well the C or any of the other cars.

I wouldn't sell the Focus RS Heritage. It's actually one of the rarest cars in the collection with just 50 made. It fits nicely in the collection with the GT and GT500. And if Tim is going to buy a Bronco Raptor, it would be cool to have it in the UK at some point. Would be unique collection of Fast Fords

I will take a guess that the C63 BS will leave, but personally i would get rid of the Focus RS.
It would be awesome to have a big glass panel on the backside of the schmuseum so you can see cars at the other room aswell when it gets to full in the original room.

Have you thought about putting the F1 car up on the wall at the Gable end opposite the entrance? Like Stradman has talked about with the rari. Might be a way of keeping floor space as well as the best bit of wall art on CZcams.

I seen that Lego McLaren Senna in person at the MTC a few months ago its very impressive and to think that the doors work and you can sit in it and it has working running gear and alloys etc its an amazing bit of work !

Would love you to have a digital wall board up showing the total horsepower of everything in the shmuseum. It'll obviously need changing as cars come in and go out but that's fun to see.

The Mustang is soo mean! I'm not a fan of US cars. But the GT500 is one of the best cars to ever come from America.

They use forklifts to move cars all the time. We live near a huge auction house and nearly all of the cars are moved from place to place with forklifts and then pushed across the auction line.

Great to see more content from you guys i have a feeling the car that could go is (my favourite of the collection) the C63 Black Series which i feel is sad as its part of the Black Series family and i was hoping you would find a way to complete the Black Series family. Either way it is exciting times ahead more project cars are a welcome sight. Also thoughts one the new lego technic ford GT announced i feel like you guys need that in red and gold to match the real one

I wish you could keep the Lego Senna longer though, I love staring at it shaking my head in amazement every time it is on screen.
after watching your interview on the iced coffee hour and in this you mention the Zenvo is a couple of years minimum and not a permanent keeper I am interested to know what Zenvo are working on for the future. Must be exciting if you are that keen.
I think selling the C63 AMG Black Series makes the most sense. POSSIBLY the Clio V6 and the Heritage Focus RS. They’re great cars, but the C63 and RS offer very little content depth. Perhaps revisit the STO for sale in a year or so.
I'd love a series of videos where you take the GT8 and change the orange accents for a different color vinyl to change up the look and see if there are any performance upgrades available for it. Too nice a car to not be featured anymore.

Gosh, I remember the day you put the carbon emblem on the front of the GT-8. I'd been watching the channel for a long while at that point! #ShmeeFam
I will say the C63 amg black series is the one to go, you guys have some of the most unique cars and versions of each of the cars you can get, but the c63 black series is not the DTM and just doesnt get used, on top of it needing SO much work for it to fit in, I think swap it out for something cool or hilarious, hyabusa swap a smart roadster or something lol

Not watched the videos for a couple of weeks as things have been a bit busy but had no clue the STO was back until now :o. I will say though, it does really sound like more money, more problems, because now you've got the collection to this point, it's hard to keep the total value of cars you permanently keep below a certain figure so there's not much liquid. Personally, I don't know how special the Zenvo is to you but I'd have your fun in it for a year or two max and then free up the ton of liquidity from that. I wouldn't mind if the Senna went and you were able to get the 675LT Cerulean Blue back, but then maybe that's too similar to the GT Black. If I had the total collection value you have and had a Heritage RS, I'd never sell it, especially as you had it from new, but maybe you're not as bothered. I'd be the same way about the previous generation ST200 Fiesta if I had one from new or a MK1 Focus RS. A few others have said it, but yeah the garage maybe is screaming for a Porsche again, but feels like you've got a car for every occasion already

I would recommend if you sell the senna one day,buy the 675LT coupe which was the inspiration for the spec for the senna!
Absolutely. I saw it back in 2015 when Shmee came to McLaren Manchester with it, and dude, the thing was dream spec... still a bit of pain that he ever parted with it but the Senna has been nice
Maybe you could work out a deal with Barrett-Jackson and sell the STO there. You could probably even get cash for it through them. Just a thought.

Goodbye SF90 *WAVING*. I think this car will be the biggest loss to Tim for his day-day driving but hopefully the lotus is an adequete replacement

I'd get rid of the Lusso, GT500, C63 and the Clio v6 (after you've done the mandatory Nordschleife) and in time even the Emira.
If you ever were to sell the Senna - try to replace it with something bonkers (CGT, P1, LaF, Koenigsegg etc.). It's such a staple piece of your collection and would leave a big hole if ever sold, even if I'm personally not the biggest fan of it.
I believe there is an argument that the STO is more a part of your brand than the C63 or the Focus. You were on a podcast recently talking about how much you missed a owning a Lamborghini 😅 keep it! Mercedes has been a huge focus so much in the past.
