I bought 2 sets of these about 1 year ago. the camera doesn't do these tubes any justice. They display beautiful bright colors, the programs are awesome. the only drawback is getting them to sync together. how do you get them to sync?

I just bought these. When you charged them the charging is red does it turn to green when it is complete. I tried calling customer service with no response
