I cry tears of pure power and awesomeness whenever I listen to the Gladiator of Rome song. Those lines sends chills to my spine and makes me travel back in time and listen to swords clashing and blood spilling. Damn, that's how songs should be made every time! Love this band dude, hail from Brazil \m/

Ο David de Feis, ο Dickinson και μάλιστα ο θρύλος και ήρωας μου Eric Adams επηρέασαν την πορεία αυτού του άλμπουμ. Είμε επίσης μεγάλος οπαδός του epic metal από παιδικά μου χρόνια. Ουσιαστικά έμαθα να τα ακούω στης καλοκαιρινές διακοπές στην Αλεξανδρούπολη. Πολύ epic metal έτρεχε τότε, προτού ανέλαβε το Thrash και Death Metal.

You are aware that "defenders of the crown" was a dos. video game from the 80s?
Yes. Used to play it back in 1988. That's where the album title is inspired from. Great game back then. On the first album there is a song called "The dragon's lair", also an epic dos game from the 80ies..Bruce Dickinson in his biography wrote.."nothing in childhood is ever wasted"

Why are some songs mixed so that the opening riff is loud, and then the whole track quiets slightly? It's really annoying. There's a song on one of Keldian's albums that does this too. Keep the entire track the same volume! XD
