Now that's an explanation of their product not like the others

They are inexpensive enough to be in every home, I purchased one. At least the agent will not damage the appliances within the vicinity. Its also easier to clean.

but we can see at 7:24 they keep shooting the Class K fire extinguisher even when the fire has gone, while with Dry Chemical they didn't keep shooting on the fryer long enough, just when after the fire gone, they stop, I don't think it's a fair comparisson, so the key is basically make the fryer cooler

So why don't these fryers have a metal lid to close and smother the fire?

The oil turns into acrolein, a flammable chemical in the form of vapor, so it escapes the lid and catches on fire outside the lid

I couldn't afford a Class K extinguisher for my home kitchen, so instead I got a 5 pound Purple K extinguisher, which uses potassium bicarbonate powder.
Are you telling me Purple K wouldn't put out a grease fire?

An abc or bc fire extinguisher will put out a RESIDENTIAL grease fire. The class k fire extinguishers are for commercial cooking media
