ज्यादातर यहाँ वो लोग हैं जिनके ये Villas, Allotment में निकले थे, इतने सालों के बाद भी उनको कोई ख़ास फायदा नहीं हो रहा इसलिए वो महंगे Villas बेचना चाहते हैं मगर परी चौक से दूर होने के कारण हर कोई यहाँ रहना पसंद नहीं करता।
