      @@VeethikaS it is because seller is asking for black money so as to avoid tax. Also you can avoid paying more in registry and stamp duty by paying in black. But if you want to go for a full white deal ask your dealer to show properties where the seller is asking white money. Both kinds of sellers are available in the market. You can choose whichever benefits you.

    Noida Sec 150 basne ke baad log ab wahan jada settle honge. Demand bhi abhi wahin ki jada hai. Yahan rate badaye rho. Itne rates me ab bikenge bhi nhi. Haan occupancy bad skti hai kyunki jinn logo ne pehle ke le rakhe Hain wo retirement ke baad yahan shift ho rhe hain. Young users will go for Sec 150.
    Isliye yahan ke rates faltu me badaye hue hain.

    Price is extremely high in terms of isolated place and old fashioned construction. Buyer will spend Rs. 10-15 lacs before shifting. Not recommended.
