How much fun is that! way to go...Ben your a smart man for not taking low pressure tires out on the highway. I always used to carry a back up air compressor when i went out on the dunes..you just never know when they will stop working. Have fun . Awesome footage too.
My Dad was raised in Fowler - between Meade and Dodge. Looks about the same, even the grain silos tho the wind turbines would be new view, it's been a while since I was back there. Well done Superior Car Care Center for helping His and Hers VLOGS!!

Floats on sand really well. I watched your tracks where I could see them and the penetration was pretty much the same all through the video. The super singles seem to be a great plus for the EV. Good to see you made it to Kansas.
That’s exactly the word I used to describe how it felt when I drove. It felt like it floated over the sand instead of feeling like you were driving THRU the sand as it does with an ATV. R~
i have an E-350 QUIGLEY van .put swivel on passenger seat. it made it a completely new vehicle.. my recliner on the road!!!! i would not have another adventure vehicle without it!!

I managed to bury a truck loaded with about 600 bushels of corn on a sandy field road not far from there. I can attest to how deep that sand can get. Great vid.

Kind of surprised there’s not an onboard air for the tires so you can deflate and inflate from the cab
We have onboard air, it just seems to need a new solenoid right now and we will fix it while we are staying at the family farm.
You might want to buy valve extensions and/or quick-inflator valve caps.
And believe it or not S.E. kansas has hills nice ones in chatauque county the poorest county in kansas. Its about 2hrs east of joplin ms. Watch out for them snakes, if smell a musky scent leave the way you came. That was fun sand duneing. I hope you have a great visit with your dad and the farm. fyi i used to live in elgin pop 47, 48 when i was there. lol Sedan just north is a fun little town, that is where toto and dot lived. :) peace and happy flat lands.

Those Mitsubishi's are tough diesels, as are the Japanese made diesels. I wish more were available in USA.

you guys got some Tire Buddies to deflate your tires!
We have some now but they are too big for my rear wheels, there’s not much clearance between the wheel and drum.
Great for Pismo/Oceano free camping area. What fund it would be to drive this on that beach.
get yourself a tire deflater and you will not loose the vale core
4wd and difflocks engaged for that, you could've easily drive there in 2wd
first time you turn it over pray for a total loss, the recovery fee probable would over shadow the cost of replacement

what was the gas mileage like on sand, aired down, compared to hwy?
Looks like a manual transmission? Was that an adjustment?
Can you get the iveco daily 4x4 in the states, what do you think of it?
Most of those air gages are atleast 10-15% fault, atleast that's what my pops said, 30 years ago. Never mind.

Silly question, but does your dad have to read his own electric meters on his property and send it in. Our town was so small we had to do this and guess right because if we got it wrong we were fined. so silly. :) peace

The seller had some we could take but there wasn’t a square inch to spare.
Ultimately we’d like to get a rack build over the spare tire for recovery gear, firewood, etc..
What is the suspension system ???
Very basic, straight axle and leaf springs.
Beware of your approach and descent angles. A rig like that could flip easily in the soft stuff.

I was feeling great when we left AK and lost my voice 3 days after getting to Montana. 3 days after arriving in humid Kansas my voice returned.
Must have been the dry air.

I ment the sand is not the same texture as are the stuff you find in the. U.S., can't w. To see what you do to the inside of your rig
We’ve seen all kinds of dunes here in North America. The sand at White Sands in New Mexico is very fine, you’re not allowed to play in the dunes though.
I’m confident Fuso will do great in all the different environments around the world.
