love how well written and animated Thanos was in this movie. That brief look of shock he gives when Loki says "kill away." You can tell by the expression on his face that he values family, in his own twisted way, so he assumes others do as well. He genuinely loves Gamora, and the rest of his children, stating that this day extracts a heavy toll when he learns about the death of ebony maw and how he as Nebula reconstructed even after she tried to kill him. He's still a villain, but a villain with depth and emotion and morality and a deep characterization that other villains in the MCU lacked, that's what made him so compelling.

Hope you understood what I meant. But in case of Thanos he was never properly introduced into the MCU. They were just teasing his character from the first Avengers movie. He had a brief cameo on GOG but that didn't give us any insight about his character. His proper introduction happened in this scene.

I was genuinely emotionally invested in what was happening in IW in a way I can't really explain. I felt like Infinity War really nailed the emotional moments and the seriousness of the situation in a way Endgame never seemed to be able to replicate. Overall, I really got a sense of the dread, helplessness and sadness that this film seemed to set out to portray. It's truly unique IMO.

This was probably the best movie theater experience I ever had. Opening night, packed house, great seats with friends, snackin, and the audience reacted only at the appropriate times with the appropriate reactions. No annoying loud people. This movie and the hype def lived up to our expectations.

1:44 I noticed Thanos' voice changed here, seems like they added the voice filter from here on to the rest of the movie.
