Ingredients for Coconut Chutney :
Fried Green chilli - 1 Hand full
Cardamom - 2
Fresh coconut slices - 1 full
Salt to taste
Ingredients for potato masala
3-4 potatoes, washed well, pressure cooked, peeled and mashed .
2 onions thinly sliced .
salt for the masala
Ingredients for Red Chutney
Byadgi chillies - 20 no
Guntur Chilli - 30 no
Jeera - 1 tbsp
cardamom - 3 nos
salt
No need of Tempering
Don't add more water to grind
Ingredients for Dosa batter ;
Raw rice 1 Kg
Puffed Rice 1 cup
Urad dal 100 grams
Maida - 200 grams
Methi seeds 1 tsp
*Soak above ingredients for 5 - 6 hours
*Grind to smooth and allow batter 8 hours for fermentation.
salt to taste, mix batter well.
