Nandini is the cheapest branded ghee and butter. Quality is worst nowadays, all hotels use the nandini ghee and show the gimmicks.
With can accumulate creams after boiling milk, v can prepare butter & ghee in our house. It will be good instead of purchasing ghee.

Not so good in taste. Average+ category. Ambience pretty good. Located in prime location. Need to improve. Seems the hotel is much focused on establishing their nativity as authentic. They need to focus more on qlty qty taste at more competitive price.
