Somehow listening to this feels equal to getting an actual massage. I don't know how that is but it is. I've been having trouble getting to sleep lately but this helps me to relax and fall asleep. Ive also never been the sort of person that finds meditation easy to do, but listening to this makes it easy to get into a meditative state.

Does the White Noise Soundbath for Blocking u
Unwanted Noise make you sleepy or can I listen to it while studying? I am exposed to lots of unwanted noise during the day and evening like lawnmowers, hedgesaws, noisy neighbours and would really appreciate a soundbath that keeps my nervous system calm and my brains able to concentrate and focus.
There's a good chance it could make you sleepy. Though it also does an amazing job at blocking out those unwanted noises and can hold space beautifully for you to get some studying done. ❤️✨🙏
