Again, thank you for these slices of life. I am curious about the use of plastic bags for hot food items such as th curries, etc. I wonder if such uses for the bags cause a needs of the plastics into the food. This couple with recent articles regarding micro-plastics being found in body systems caused me to wonder if such micro plastics come from using plastic bags for food transfer, etc.
This is no reflection upon your films, nor the Thai culture which uses the bags at market because they are relatively cost effective and take up little space in the stall versus "Chinese Food" style box containers that are used here in the States.
All that aside, these videos serve as a great insight as to how peoples on the other side of our planet come up with solutions to their particular needs. And that brings all of su a bit closer together in the long run. --N6TieDyeGuy
