I also didn't hear any "boobs" or any words from the CC in the actual video in Korean😭 people on CZcams can actually apply to add captions and sometimes they get messed up. Plus this channel is fairly unknown so it's likely they aren't real captions.

@@darlinsalas5089 I don't think they knew she was a minor, though even if she wasn't him focusing on that while she's wearing a baggy t-shirt is definitely inappropriate and disrespectful. Also, even as a fan of Billie, I can't deny that there was a disconnect with her past ideals about not wanting to be sexualized and the image she came out with once she was of age. I still respect her artistry, but she made certain decisions, and unfortunately in this deplorable culture of social media and celebrity gossip, those types of decisions open doors to problems like becoming known for her chest size halfway across the world.
