  • If you didn't know it.. you can set a View Template for your Schedules so they all look the same.
    No more miss-matched schedules.
Or you can make different View Templates for the different types of schedules you have in your project.
This Revit Tip will guide you in the process.

Unfortunately we can’t preset the column widths yet. Bummer.

Hello Mike! I have a created a model with many walls. After placing the walls i realised that the exterior side of the wall is actually placed on wrong side. Is there any quick way to easily identify which is exterior and which is interior side of a wall in the floor plan view? So i can go ahead and flip it so as the exterior side is on the outer side.
    Thank you in advance! 😁

      Yes!!!
When you select a wall in plan view .. a little symbol appears for ‘flipping’ the wall.
That symbol is on the EXTERIOR of the wall!!!
PRO TIP: Set the location line to ‘center of wall’ before you flip it if you want the wall to stay in place.

@@miketaylor8211 Thank you! It helped. Don't know why revit didn't give an easy option to flip a wall, cause now i have to select many walls individually, assign location line as wall center and flip them one by one 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Hello sir,
I wanna ask you how to make the square in blue near the door schedule in the category?
    Thank you in advance

In Revit 2023, these squares appear next to views, and they fill in blue if the view is on a sheet!!! Cool feature!
