  • (📹 12/19/2023) Here is a slapped on elevator at 701 West Broad Street in Falls Church VA. I have no clue who manufactured this because of the stupid slap on. Interesting how they went with round hall buttons, but square car buttons. First time I've seen square Universal buttons standalone on a COP (meaning it's not Decorator). The moving pads drive me nuts and I wish they took them down unless needed because it has an awesome wooden cab. The elevator's interior and the position indicator kinda make the old Cotton elevator at The Frederick in Huntington WV its sister elevator.

I have more coming in the future. I've told you this five million times already

@@dmvelevatorsandmore interesting, pretty sure I only asked once, and since then, I don’t think I’ve seen any videos from there, so just wanted to ask again for clarity. Also, didn’t know one or two equals 5 million? Really don’t think that attitude is necessary here.

Probably some kind of generic elevator. The indicator is an older GAL indicator.

Had this never got slapped on, the manufacturer's name would've definitely been engraved on the COP. It definitely had the same "pre-RBW" buttons as the vintage Cotton elevator at the Frederick building in Huntington WV too
