5 medium plum tomatoes
150g. cheddar cheese
spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Method
1. Add to a bowl the grated cheese, grated eggs, crushed garlic and the mayonnaise.
2. Mix it all together.
3. Cut a cross to each tomato half way down.
4. Using a small spoon carefully remove the flesh and discard.
5. Carefully stuff each tomato with the mixture.
6. Lay out on a plate with spring onions to represent the stalks.
