    The crossbow went together quickly and the general fit and finish is a bit above what I expected for the price. czcams.com/users/postUgkx5B43Qabqt1HedUJyfEqxiwBCfaooIH52 The adjustable stock is a little loose. I had an issue when I tried to cock the bow for the first time with the safety on. The string set in the trap box, held just enough to build up enough tension to rip the string out of my hands when it let go. No significant damage was done, and once I got it sighted in, I wrecked a couple bolts by sending one straight down the shaft of the first. I'm holding ~2" groups at around 50 yards, and I'm not an expert by any means. Best part is that they supply all the replacements parts you may ever need

    I am surprised on how well one piece trigger is. It is a lot lighter to pull than convensional pistol crossbow trigger.

      Yes it works great. Crossbow triggers are all about leverage ratios you can have a 1lb pull on a 200lb Crossbow.

    on the second trigger, would a longer downward piece on the string release make it possible to catch on the trigger to stop it at the right position to recock?

    Which one is softest? I find middle one heavy to pull with stronger bows which throws accuracy.

    • @archery.customs
      @archery.customs  Před 2 lety +1

      The left one is and you can change your pin placement to change the leverage to make it easier or harder to release.

      @@archery.customs So rotating nut is fixed and i cant change that.So you mean the middle connecting bar pin? Or the pin on trigger itself?
      0:07 If i move the pin on central connecting piece to right and increase trigger leaver it should give lighter pull right? Or is it opposite?

    • @archery.customs
      @archery.customs  Před 2 lety

      @@zumbazumba1 so the rotating peace pin has to stay behind the string. But you can move the middle and the left peace's pins. Think of it like this as you move the pin it will change the distance the assembly has to travel to release so if you move the center pin further from the string it will be easier to pull but have to move a further distance to release.

      @@archery.customs Thanks i understand now. By any chance you know a draw length of a typical cheap 80lbs pistol crossbow limb?
      I found cheap limb and i am trying to build repeating crossbow pistol but i cant find that information anywhere.

    Could I get a copy of the drawings of your triggers so I could try to make me one?

      Honestly I don't just have a drawing or template I sketched them freehand. Try this on your computer or phone, whatever you watch the video on, take a screen shot and zoom in and you can trace it. I just did it on my phone and it seems to work.
