I’ll be the judge of this as a professional dishwasher enthusiast. She got it totally correct!! Just beware, if you have a manual cleaning filter that twists out under the lower wash arm that needs to be washed once a week, if your machine has an auto disposal/food chopper run a cleaning cycle twice a month depending on usage, regardless what style filter you have always run a empty cleaning cycle with detergent or dishwasher cleaner IN the detergent cup and close and set to the hottest cycle possible, no heat dry needed as there’s nothing inside of it to dry.

You are not supposed to put all your spoons, forks, knives together because then they next in each other (particularly spoons) and don’t clean well. You are supposed to mix the baskets.
