    I can’t tell you how much your videos have positively influenced me. I used to wake up and immediately get on my phone and then fall back asleep. I now wake up at 5:30 and feel so much better.

    My goal for 2023 is to heal my relationship with my body and food and honestly that’s why I watch you so much is because you set such a good example!     I am so not a morning person but after taking your advice for setting myself up at night for the next day I have been doing much better! Currently working on getting in the habit of exercising before work and I physically, mentally, emotionally feel 110% better and like I have my life together as opposed to days I don't. Its also nice to get home after work and have that extra free time to spend with familys, do chores, etc. instead of working out after work!

    Favorite thing vlogmas day 18 - i'm so excited to hear that you will be doing more recipe/ workouts. i'm STRUGGLING when it comes to making a workout that's effective but doesn't drain my energy for the day.       I just graduated with my BSN in March. I know how hard it is, and I just want to say that you can do it and keep pushing through! Congrats on the 4.0, that's amazing. Just don't be too hard on yourself, we all take the same NCLEX and grades don't matter later. A good nurse is a good nurse. Good luck!! 🤗

    I love when you talk about significant others and their goals. My boyfriend are I are completely different when it comes to health. I’m such a routine person, just like you, and I’m super weird about my food as well. I only like to eat out once a week and I have to have the healthiest ingredients. He’s the total opposite to where he doesn’t care what he eats as long as he’s hitting his macros. Lol. It almost becomes stressful. HOWEVER, he is super supportive of all my goals ❤️

    I’m so glad you finally got your period!! I got the iud in when I had my son almost 5 years ago. I had to get it out surgically 2 months ago and I finally got my period after almost 5 years. I don’t miss it but I know it’s good for the body to let it do it’s thing.

    Omg can’t wait to hear about your hormone journey! I just got off of birth control in May, lost my period for a month & a half, but thankfully it came back this month!!! I also started a workout routine & healthy eating at the end of November so I’m really hope my hormones are all ironed out now & I can’t continue on the journey to my best & healthiest self finally!!!

    I really appreciate you talking about how you are a routine person and how that is the best that works for you. I have really been consistent with doing a routine lately and people just don’t always understand it. Hearing that is really nice to know I’m not the only one and that it’s okay to be a routine person.
    I am so interested in a hatch. I’ve been seeing it all over and really want to try it but I’m nervous about the price. Part of me feels I should just bite to bullet it and get it but I am unsure. I also agree about setting stuff up for the next morning. I noticed it was way easier to get to the gym and going early in the morning when having everything laid out.
