    Could you make a video on how to go through a cut phase while still strength training? do I lift lighter or heavier and how many reps/sets?

      There are tons of courses out there! I personally am a NASM certified personal trainer my certification included some nutrition education and then I also studied sports nutrition in school! I also love learning from podcasts like mindpump!

    What the minimum amount of protein you need?

      It's different person to person depending on your lean body mass! Everyones is unique to them but typically a good rule of thumb is a minimum of .8g to 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass!
