Like, "who doesn't love John Goodman?" He's awesome all around & never disappoints! He can play the role of a villain or hero, in any movie or show, while making you laugh your tail off, & find it impossible to "not" love which ever character he's playing. I've watched his work for over 30 yrs - while growing up. My family & friends always enjoy seeing his different ability's in character dynamics. Whether he's playing a mob boss & crazy unpredictably killing off ppl, or a serial killer who comes across as the savior, or a key role hero who saves everyone's butt in the end or throughout the film. No matter what role it is, he's loveable and appreciated in each & every aspect of that character. He's getting older now, but aren't we all?! And like the greatest of performers, he ages like a fine wine & continually produces fan favorite beloved characters with individualized talent that is uniquely delightful, charismatic, entertaining and suspenseful. It's exciting to watch his different character roles that "throw you for a loop" in change of expected comedian, because he can play every style of roles needed for that particular films' environmental influence. Laugh, cry, jump scare or action he "can and will" fulfill the audience expectations, and more. From as young as I can remember, I watched his shows & films with my parents and they loved him throughout my entire life. Now I watch his shows & films with my kids, who love him & everything he continues to do throughout theirs. You can NEVER go wrong when John Goodman has a role in your film. Even if its only a 10 min part, it makes everyone love that film, 10 min more then ever before.
Man I have liked every movie he has been in and Roseanne man I remember as a kid the Flintstones with Haley berry man she's fine anyway new Orleans is the best place to be.
He’s a local through and through. My dad met him like over 20 years ago at this local gas station in old Metairie. They were both buying Jim Beam and had a quick talk about good bourbons. Granted now both of them our sober thank god. But it’s still a cool dad story.
its scary to see how much weight he's lost so fast over the past few years! This proves that no matter how old you get, you can still drop weight with a good diet and exercise
a bit of a consumerist attitude...just be grateful for the people who put love and effort to play...if you wanna see someone specific, you can always travel.
He's always Sully to me❤
And, always Pacha to me....
Sully!!! why???
