- Hello everyone! Just a quick upload for you all before I get back into more regular videos (with a cosplay one coming soon!). I hope you enjoy this, these are actually some of my favorite triggers to fall asleep to, maybe it will work for you as well. :)

I tried to edit out any loud noises in this one. I'm getting better at catching them as you guys point them out. :)

As a military combat veteran, I suffer from PTSD induced insomnia. My therapist actually recommended ASMR. At first I was sceptical, but I've been watching your videos for a week now and they actually help.

You know how people on yt go on an old music nostalgia trip and listen to heaps of old songs that reminded them of their early life. Well I'm doing something similar for asmr videos. I am finding it interesting in terms of how various asmr creators have grown. It's absolutely amazing to see! It's weird to hear what was talked about. It triggers an "oh yeah" moment in terms of remembering what was happening back then lol. Thought I'd share my thoughts and thanks for reading till the end. Have a good night/day! 🙂

Yeah, visual triggers are way stronger for me as well. The audio stuff is kind of relaxing, the close ups and visuals are what drop the triggers.

BrycieBoo wrap something like a blanket around your ear so your head has support but your ear has a little hole so your headphones won't bother you.
BrycieBoo struggle is real. I had the same issue. I just wear one headphone when im tired and lazy. Still gets the job done.

Fun fact; I found this video a few months to a year ago, and that was my first time watching Gibi! I was watching ASMR, and I couldn't get to sleep. I remember this video getting me to fall asleep so quickly. I didn't get past the pumpkin (I think it was October when I found it). Now look at Gibi. I feel the same. I recently discovered « the behind the scenes » video and was impressed with all the work she does but I think I liked the spontaneity of these old videos, that seem less prepared, less controlled, less professional. I also like that we can hear her breathe, it is soothing.
she seems much more concerned with participating in trends now. she also seems a lot more focused on being an entertainer rather than an ASMR channel. so many of her new videos are filled with random (and out of place) humor, very fast talking and movements, bright colors, etc. nothing wrong with being an entertainer but her new content just fails to trigger/relax me in any way.
