Allah SWT has infinite names. We are revealed only 99 of His names each of which tells us His abilities. 99 of His names suffice to sustain the whole universe and all the livings in it. There will be more of His attributes revealed in Paradise for a greater bliss for people who will be in Paradise.

@@user-gl8ys5yt9e I guess it’s a point where we define what is permissible or not. For what I’ve gathered, it’s not music if it’s chanting or singing/ humming. Which Music or Chanting I’ve received was from a Muslim beat maker. But he utilizes singing voices to create a melody. So from what I know it is permissible in this sense? I only use the term music as basic definition, no to be taken literally

@@TheAbdlMalik Actually the 99 names can't be translated precisely. Because one name can have multiple scope.
Such as Al-Karim which translated as The Bountiful.
The meaning of Al-Karim which I've learned a bit more than that.
Al Karim contains:
The One who suspend the sin until the sin was done, even though He can write it right away. And give one good deed if that man decided not to do that sin because of Allah.
The One who gave more than that we asked.
And few more scope.

You can make different between add in religion and sign of Allah in religion????? If add in religion, like example Islam teach pray fardhu 5 times a day and we pray 7-8 times(i not mean with sunnah prayer, i mean fardhu prayer only) So that mean add. Please understand that.

Brother just an advice take information about Islam form the comments section with a grain of salt some speak out of ignorance and lack of understanding if you want true knowledge sit with those who have it the sheik or imam form your local mosque . The whole hand thing is not islamic there is no hadith or Quran saying such thing it something spewed by people with no knowledge

There’s a Hadith where the Prophet ﷺ makes du’a in it he asks Allah by the names he was taught and the names Allah has kept for Himself. Scholars in studying the texts have found more than 99 names of Allah
A general advice to anyone reading this:
Whenever someone tells you something about the religion, there should be verified scriptural evidence to back it up, get used to asking for it to avoid misguidance.

For me, type of people like to use this word "hey brother, music haram, hey bro this have music, we muslim not hear music" most definitly lie because maybe they just said that in comment but everyday they watch tv and hear music too and when watch youtube, im sure they not 24 hours hear islamic content. Why i said that?!!!! Because i have type friend like this. At outside "hey music haram, hey this bidaah" and when in his room, he also hear music. What kind and type this people? That call hypocrite. He feel he only better!!! So who here feel they noble or perfect Muslim, just hear my advice here. These type of your attitude will make non Muslim think Islam was hard and difficult religion. Islam is easy but with the easy we cannot take easy too. Why you not share hadith who memorize the 99 names and practice in their life with kind attitude will get jannah? the number is 99 and not 100 for a simple reason 99 forms a 4D matrix which you can invoke to alter your universe with Allah(s.w.t) permission. the 99 names do not affect Allah(s.w.t) and there are hundreds more unknown to us.
