Thank you for making this video. I need to store my sleep number bed for a short while for a move and wanted to break it down and return to boxes. When I bought it sleep number delivered it and assemble it themselves. I was not home to observe so didn’t know all the pieces till now. Thank you!!
We ordered our c4 mattress with flexfit 1 today from the store. It felt good when we went through the part to determine your base number. My base number was 25 and my wife's was 20.
Thank you for posting this! I could not for the life of me figure what the instructions were saying (for placing the foam pads smooth side down or the foam pad in the middle that the instructions didn't mention at all!!). You saved me! 😆😁
I just order sleep number 360 c4. They would not let me set it up myself. So $199.00 they come out sleep number but now they will not take away old mattress. So it is a rip off. When i could have done this myself saved $199.00

I just got my C4 this past week and tomorrow I get my 4 “ memory foam topper and I think it will be perfect once that’s on there.

They told me I had to buy a base that I couldn’t use just the box spring. I’m so pissed now! I guess I should had done my research before buying it!
