They came out so good 😍! But yes, they do resemble finger coils. I’ve only done finger coils once because it took SO LONG lol.

Omg! 65 rods is my sectioning for box braids. Your hair was almost too long for these. Great job! It looks like the early 2000's straw set.

How do you maintain the curl after separating do you tie it up

I would need like 4-5 packs my hair is too thick and too long for this and I would’ve prob quit after the first pack 🤦🏾♀️😩. More power to you love, the results look amazing as always.

The frustration is when you find out that the units are created in two direction (left and right).
I had these over 5 years ago and didn't bother to use them and gifted them away. It seemed like too much work. You did a great job your hair looks great.

I'd use wrapping papers. They're only $3zomething for 1000. That just endures the ends are perfect and not crumpled up.
