Yea, put the bot's role above anyone else's role you DON'T want them to manage it. If I have a role called "Moderator" and the giveaway bot is above the "Moderator" role, I can't give orders to it, only the role above can control the ones below.

Yes, not with this bot tho... Follow this:
1- With this bot, set it to give a role when the invite count for that user is "2".
