@@multitopictalk6714 For real dead serious though, Rachel is too high up, and max is far too low (hes a better choice than eagle on most maps, and beats olaf on smallish maps.) Rachel is a niche CO that only works on 10% of maps (good players spread units when her super is close), and I find that almost none of those maps are in global fog lists. Some inferior versions of COs are in the same tier as their superior versions too, Rain sucks compared to snow and Drake has a penalty on air units that really hurts his copters, Lash isn't as good as kindle because you'd rather use the bonus for cities than any other space anyway and lashes powers are stinky bad for their costs. Some of this is opinion, other than that you put max super low, that's just a fact, maybe you were trolling though, honestly watched it on mute.
Also i disagree for downplaying my girl Candy and my boy Eagle. Dude Eagle is one of most OP guy. His CO power is absurdly insane. You know how good is his additional movement ? You can faster capture cities, block factories, you can suddenly be useful against range units when firstly you attacks those units and escape to safe zone. You can immediately activate bought units the same day in factories to buy new units. You really downplayed my boy Eagle. Candy is a beast in cities. 140% power in cities that's insane. Even Grimm would dream about it. Urban blight you get 190 % and High Society 240% additianlly givin gpower for more cities. She is too OP also in this game. Also Sturm should be higher. He is beast in everything including his metero strike
Eagle does have a good day to day and a good SUPER. On advance wars by web Eagle got the Black Hole Rising stats so his POWER is trash. As of DUAL STRIKE the cost of the extra movement is pretty high. DUAL STRIKE eagle is probably somewhere inside of LOW tier 1 or HIGH tier 2, nothing more, nothing less. As of capturing not really since NON-INFANTRY unit get the extra movement. Kindle is also at the right place, she dosen't have a good SUPER. the only reason to play her is to use her POWER. Kindle day to day make her good but on balance maps, we don't have that many buildings. PLAINS, FORESTS and ROADS are much more present. The main reason why her day to day is this good is her capture game. she will always have a good advantage on the capture game since opponent infantry and mech can't deal proper damage to her capturing units. Hawke-Olaf both SLAP her REALLY HARD. Sturm on advance wars by web gets 80% firepower and 120% defense. ALL depends on both players, but usually kanbei and colin both have the edge against sturm. if the map is heavy in terrain and sturm can get an early advantage because of that, he can win, otherwise not really. Sturm can't be hachi or sensei. AW2 sturm is another story. AW2 sturm is probably equal to Hachi and Sensei.
@@multitopictalk6714 i think i have to somewhat disagree in terms of Candy / Kindle's SCOP. The way i view it is a lot like with Colin, where the normal COP is an early game tool to build up strength and the SCOP is then used in the late game to deal devestating blows to the enemy. Her day to day abilities and COP make it a lot easier for hew to contest enemy and neutral properties, while making it easier for her units to hold her own properties, meaning she can use her COP to constantly contest and lay siege to her opponents properties and once she gained a good amount of them (i'd say starting from 20 upwards) she can then save up for her SCOP to get insane firepower boosts (that also stack with her, further buffed btw, day to day ability). I think its +5% firepower for each property she holds, meaning having 20 properties is going to double all of your units firepower with units deployed on properties gaining a mindblowing 280% firepowerboost (at least i think she gets an 80% firepowerboost on properties during her SCOP, i might be off here - its still insanely high though). yes Candy / Kindle's SCOP is not going to be a very common sight and you will mostly see her spam her COP throughout the match, but a well played SCOP from her can deliver you the Coup de Grace very quickly. of course, much like the CO herself, this is very dependant on the map you are playing her on. on small maps with not that many properties you're right, she will be better off not using her SCOP at all - therefore her COP is going to be all the more devastating. nontheless, i think you put her in a good place in the tier list and i agree with the other points in your comment regarding her.
@@multitopictalk6714 AW2 sturm is not equal to hatchi nor sensei nor colin, he's stronger hatchi could only get in the early but repeated meteor strike really destroy hatchi like dust and the 40% OF and DF boost makes his units untoucheble. No one can get match againts him lol
I prefer Colin over Hachi. I prefer him because 90% and 100% isn't that big and i prefer still cheaper units. Maybe Colin has lesser firepower than Hachi but cheaper transport units and cheaper nukes ( i mean those 5 HP explosive area bombs ) makes it better. Also i prefer Colin because faster CO power making quicker money boost. I never use CO superpowers.
Hachi has a discount competitive with Colin's but no firepower penalty & making reinforcements directly on the front line is just absolutely broken. Hachi is definitely way stronger.

Co power of Colin fits better to because is faster and for guy with 50% salary and 20% cheaper units is rather like Colin had -45% compared to -50% hachi ( shorter for colin ). Colin is more profitable
