The shot of Cassie with the flowers was gorgeous

i found it so heartbroken
BRO THE SCENE WITH CAL AND HIS CHILDREN WAS HITTING DIFFERENT
@@chickeninmysoup8011 right
I love how free he felt, I was happy for him, especially knowing his love story in the beginning
this was the highlight for me aside from the metaphor of adult cal with derek
RIGHT?! PLS I WAS SO HAPPY I WAS LIKE YESSS BABY TELL EM UR TRUTH!!!!! BE FREE
I felt bad for the wife too honestly
the church scene was just.. *incredible.* the artistic expression, the acting, the music, the camera movement. *EVERYTHING* was on point
It was so beautiful but sad at the same time
@@amainiiii3855 lab really gave his heart and soul into that solo
Do you know the song ?
@@phanortanisha2471 I was about to ask the same thing .. I need the song !!
@@ohannaohanna4077 literally same I ascended hearing it for the first time
Sydney was incredible in this episode. The scene with her and Nate arguing had me terrified of her. Give her an Emmy!!
Though I agree her acting is great, it’s funny cus that scene made me laugh at her attempt at being “intimidating”. She wants to be Maddy so bad
@@mynameisnotjeffrey SAME SAME SAMAE HAHAHAH
@@planbsponserme Does anyone think global warming is a good thing? I love Lady Gaga. I think she's a really interesting artist.
Give her chest an Emmy. The dumb hot blonde works on her for a reason.
@@feedhyungwonplease6087 did you see episode 3? She was draining herself trying to be like Maddy to replace her in Nate’s eyes. She was even dressed like her from head to toe and Maddy was like “wtf”. She’s still trying to replace her at the beginning of this episode with her trying to be what she thinks Nate wants (an aggressive personality like Maddy). That’s why she confused him and he called her Maddy. IMO
alexa is such a natural. she just sells it as maddy.
She's not even acting that's why lol
That's because she plays herself.
Ok but give Sydney her Emmy already she really surprised me this season !!!!
YES!!!!!!!
this is HER season!!
i swear she SLAYED! she can play any role so effortlessly
supporting actress? No way Z doesn't win all the awards this season, she's on another level in ep 6
This was the most intense euphoria episode I’ve ever seen. Like imma need more than one week to process it
YESSS
EXACTLY
ikr
Right this was one of the best episodes especially symbolistic wise there’s so many things to interpret
They stuffed this episode with so much to digest! I'm like Dayum!
everyones acting in the episode was just amazing omg.
Rue hugging her dad while saying she misses him, puts me on a verge of tears. Zendaya's acting is phenomenal. Also what's the name of the song playing when Cassie is surrounded by the flowers?
I actually cried at that scene with rue and her Dad
The part that got me was the following shot of rue pantomiming the hug
@@yourstrength1314 i was BAWLING at that scene omg
@@yourstrength1314 Same my heart Literally hurts
@Tyler i think the song name is pick me up
Cal's scene with his family was one of my favs this episode. So freaking intense.
I was glad to see young Derek in this episode. I hope that we see him as an adult soon.
IKKKK
I really would like them to talk about it in this video, it was really heartbreaking
When Rue says “I miss you so much, dad” omg I started to cry so much, I felt her pain deep in my soul just by hearing her voice cracking
@@winterblossom4446 I'm so sorry! I couldn't imagine the pain. Sending a lot of love your way 💙
Rue holding her daddy made me cry. I felt her pain.
Me too
And what abots Gia's pain?
@@oscarmr7600 what does that have to do with anything? The episode showed Rue’s pain, Gia wasn’t even there
@@oscarmr7600 Everyone deals with grief differently, guess Gia was way younger than Rue to understand what was going on during their father's passing.
cain't even imagine the pain still crying juste thinking about it. She feels so lonely.... :/
it just keeps getting better and better… like i truly don’t know what’s gonna happen in the next episode and it feels amazing
I hope something happens because I’m bored
For me it's getting worse
it just keeps feeling disjointed like it’s going nowhere
Cal’s monologue was probably my favorite part of the season so far
There's a reason why this show shouldn't be binge watched, Imma need a whole lifetime to process this episode. It was intense, stressful but beautiful. There are so many possibilities for each character right now.
It felt like the most loose the show has ever been in terms of themes and characters. It felt freeing and terrifying and every frame was perfect
ong
@@benjiesalazar9562 perfect way to describe it, it’s terrifying but yet freeing
This episode was pure chaos from start to finish, probably my fav episode so far of the entire series. The church scene was so so beautiful. Rue’s grief was almost palpable. And Labrinth’s voice?? Just incredible stuff.
Give the casting director an award.
THE SCENE WITH CAL AND HIS FAM WAS HITTING DIFFERENT OMG
Somebody needs to give Sydney her Emmy something because she has been doing the most this season.
I just finished this episode rn it was so intense the ending was pure gold I can’t stop watching
What is the song she was singing drunk to?
feeling very scammed at the lack of Fez and Lexi we got this episode
Same!!! Can they please give us some light like that in each episode?!
Cause other things are going on
Stop watching if you’re only looking for certain characters
@@15nickjfan You seem VERY upset in these comments…
Lexi was observing this episode. Sometimes when so much is going on all you can do is observe. Observers sometimes don’t say much but I guarantee you they noticed everything
this episode is pure art. the music, the visuals, the acting...
can't wait to watch the next one.
Right does anyone know the name of the song during cassies flower scene? It's at 4:45 in this video too
@@tysam5867 i guess it's an original track for the series, guess it's just coming out after this season's over, but i might be wrong tho
@@tysam5867 Yeah I was looking for that one too, it was so good! Hopefully it will be released soon enough
@@tysam5867 James Blake ft. Labrinth - (Pick Me Up) Euphoria
I loved the music sm. I loved Sydney, Zendaya and Eric Dane's acting.
I was on ft with my friends watching this episode and we were literally screaminggg. Cal was pure gold this episode
Ikr! I can’t believe he confessed to his family and I felt bad for him when he was dancing with that guy and he was imagining dancing with his best friend
This episode really crossed into territory of no return for many characters and situations. It felt like crashing to Earth from the tone that we have gotten in previous episodes. There really is no going back.
I really appreciated the laconic approach tonight. Eric Dane had the best scene in the entire series.
and the shot of cassie with the flowers... AMAZING
I just really wanna start a conversation about Kat's character and how her screen time's so reduced, I'd love to see more of Kat as well
Rumors are going around that she didn’t like how her character was being developed so she was fighting with the writers, so they may have reduced her scenes. Maybe that’s why they gave us a little bit when Maddy and Kat were talking.
I read the actress and the producer werent getting along hence her reduced screen time… don’t know if it’s true or not
The director and barbie got in a argument and he cut some of her scenes
@@nycolemorales that's sad to hear, I would've wanted to know what Kat's character development would be this season though, shed some light on her and Ethan
@@timbushi331 I've heard rumors that kat was allegedly gonna be given an ED (eating disorder)
This show has one of the best background scores, no joke
the scene where cassie throws up in the hot tub 😭😭😭 and the ending scene where cal is saying all that to nate and his brother omg this episode was crazy
episode four was insane
it was so much better than the last 2 episodes omg
best episode so far tbh
@niya the whole time i was in shock, it just kept going downhill
Anybody know where to watch it other then hbo ?
@@foreverredrum soap2day has it
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THAT THEY ADDED LABRINTH IN THAT SCENE
Are we just gonna ignore the fact that Kat’s character is being forgotten? She had four lines this season and it’s all about dumping Ethan 🙄
Apparently her and Sam had some disagreements about her character, some scenes etc so they cut her screen time :/
She’s a side character who cares
@@15nickjfan she had a entire episode and was featured so much in season one so she’s not just a side character she plays apart
@@PolkaDotz212 I feel like you guys be making stuff up. Cause there’s no proof of that

MY GIRL SYDNEY DESERVES THAT EMMY AWARD
Sydney needs an emmy now. Last nights episode was absolutely amazing. Arguably one of the best episodes of the entire series.
Crying and screaming doesn't mean someone deserves an Emmy
@@gee2541 so u think it's easy ?
I am so ready for Lexi’s show within a show,, majoR hamlet vibes. I feel like her play is where the big exposé will occur
Cal’s story is really sad and deeply moving
isnt he a fr*aking p*do??
Sydney really showed her talent! This episode was so intense!
everything about this episode is just phenomenal. I've never seen something so intense all the actors/actresses here really showed how amazing this show is and how real and genuine they are. Cal's scenes this episode made my jaw drop same as Rue's church and holding her dad scene just shows how exceptional Zendaya's acting is I'm so happy for her to be a huge part of this project because really she is something else.
There’s something kind of bizarre about them using classic Mexican mural imagery for Cassie rather than Maddy ….. I wonder if that ties in somehow with the illusion Cassie has that her life would be exactly what she wanted if she just becomes like Maddy
good catch!
another delusional maddy stand 😂 these are no sense show Cassie want a life like maddy, or want to be her, maddy storyline is the least interesting, mostly people like her because of her attitude and style.
Eric Dane's Acting Appreciation Button here
The scene where Rue is hugging the Pastor while he's singing was so good! And then her hugging her dad and then hugging nothing💔
I'm so glad they got Labrinth to make an appearance.
I literally can’t wait for Mandy to find out but at the same time I really want the drama to keep going on lol
i feel like she is starting to realize it more
The drama after she finds out will be even better
@@Hey-kf5er that’s right! i’m really excited
Sydney deserves an Emmy for outstanding performance!! I Love her
I still cant process the whole episode especially the whole church scene was so beautiful this show is just a piece of art
Something tells me Nate was just trying to get the disk back from maddie now that his dad left something tells me he could care less now
Glad someone finally said this 👏
I love Cassie character even Sydney she's so fantastic acting I feel her character.
@@culturalresponse2447 if you only care about blondie stealing brunette’s boyfriend then go watch gossip girl lmao
I was thinking the episode was pretty good while watching it, and then the scene at the Jacobs' happened, and the church scene with Labrinth too. Those really elevated the episode for me, it was amazing.
anyone else thought maddy kept looking at cassie and back at nate right before cassie puked???
yess i think she knows something’s up
Everyone deserves an emmy! the whole cast's performance was strong, also props to all the hardworking people on the series, they deserve awards.
I would love to see Derek now, and his relationship with Cal in the present
Sydney is a absolute BEAUTY my goodness!! I love this show. This show is like REAL LIfe, pll have been through this or LIVED this on all levels. Me, myself i can relate many MOONS ago. From addiction to losing pll you LOVE. This world in this show is spot on with many pll who could relate in someway shape or form.
when cal was laughing I couldn't help but laugh with him
i could write an essay about every single nano-second of this episode, literally, everything was such a turning point.
okay, but I need the Labrinth song from the church scene in my library rn.
this was as A24 as a euphoria episode gets !!!!!! This episode showcased real ART and you feel so many things. Sad and inspired at the same time
this was truly the best episode to date, you have outdone yourself. I cannot believe how much power an episode can hold, this was it.
i just cried when the church scene came... i feel grief & sadness for every character that exists on this show.. truly an euphoric feeling
So glad to see Derek again in this episode. I hope that we see him as an adult soon.
Sydney rules into this season with some extraordinary acting
the anxiety that this episode gave me. pure chaos
Incredible episode!! Acting, cinematography, directing……just made it one of my favorite shows ever.
Sidney is insane talent! her voice and face are always on point! love how dark and complesse is character is
Me encanto este capitulo dios!! Con escenas q parecen q no tienen sentido con esos cambios drásticos. La música q golpea de repente! Los problemas q van saliendo a la luz de cada uno pfff me encantoo!😍
You know what I just realized? The guy who plays Young Cal is gonna be in the new Pretty Little Liars, and the girl who plays Cassie was in the very last episode of the original Pretty Little Liars.
WHATTT
which is also going to be on HBO so they probably wanted to get his name up and started for the new show
Sydney was also in Everything Sucks on Netflix
Sydney has been a staple in HBO it's crazy.
This is a spiritual journey. I’m so glad this show exists in this form and right at this moment! So much love has been put into this! I hope everyone can feel it. Euphoria!
i feel like this is one of the better episodes from this season tbh
i love love love the portrayal of grief. so many times we assume that grief has a time limit, when in actuality, a single thought of that person or those experiences you had with them can throw you back into the deep end of your initial sadness over losing them. some people repress grief to such a magnitude that only years later does the pain of loss really seep into their mind.
The actors just keep suprising us in each episode they are all incredible.
Can’t imagine a better cast for this show! 🙌🏽❤️🔥
Cassies character is so tragic, i really think she has the most interesting arc this season
the ending scene w/cal and his family is now one of my favorite scenes ever
One of the best episodes so far, everything about it was amazing!
by far the most crazy episode yet, this one was MAD
the scenes in this episode are gorgeous

this show is INSANE! can't stop thinking about it and this episode was a masterpiece, like all of them, especially in season 2 😭😭✨✨
The acts, the expression, the exhaustion on cassie's face, like......it's so add up, so makes sense, it's amazing.
this whole series is such a masterpiece bro
This episode was intense! Cal's redemption was something sensational to watch and I am still speechless about Ru reunited with her dad scene. Those moments were magical!
Cal And Cassie were higher than ever. Loved it.
The best scene of the entire episode was Cal's speech.
i can’t wait to see maddy vs. cassie
This episode took my breath away.. It was so good!!
oh was hoping for more insight about Cal scenes..but like always everything that was said was interesting and important anyway so I don't mind
I loved the ending in particular, the setting for each character visual explorations said so much without the need to add dialogues or explanations going with each picture..amazing
This show is so amazing ahhh !!!

This Episode had a Buffet of scenes to Digest! OMG!!! My fave though was all the movie scenes played out by Jules & Rue about Love! And of course Cassie vomiting was hilarious!
