The practice of Community Policing originated during the 1970's, as a public-private partnership between private security firms and municipalities (via funding through DOJ COPS Office). The scope of practice was to combat/ease then existing tensions between law enforcement and citizens of urban areas following the Civil Rights era of the 1960's.
I believe there should be more officer programs like this ❤️ Thank you for you service and being good hearted people. This is why we should support our Police and not defund them because of the very very few bad.

It's a good thing to have police watching over students and schools. for young children Dealing with the police is like a parent or a teacher. But for older children, there may be resistance to us approaching him as a friend to guide.🙏👁️Don't use force and force. Let him look at us like a friend who can ask for advice when he has a need to ask for advice.. Everything takes time. Thank you for taking care of the children.🙏🙏🙏❤️✔️
