I signed up right away when I heard about this. Yeah, I love the perks, but I also love what you do. I never did any leatherworking until I saw your channel, and now, having bought two of your mask patterns and the recent pattern for the shoes and they all turned out great, I've begun making other things on my own for my hobby as a colonial era historical reenactor. So far I've made two hunting pouches, several bullet bags, leggings, moccasins, a few hatchet scabbards, numerous belts and slings, and a backpack that took an entire half a cow and two weeks to stitch together. You've given me a hobby, and I'm grateful for that. Thanks!!
BRAVO, Tony!!! A true master of your craft, you are. I tip my hat and bow to your expertise. This project takes me back to my working years in theatres, on film and television sets, working with steel and wood and all of the tools and materials required to fabricate everthing needed to 'make the majic happen' for the audience. I would buy good leather work gloves and cut off the finger tips and use the gloves until they no longer protected my hands. With no finger tips, one is able to tie knots, thread nuts onto bolts and do myriads of tasks with no loss of dexterity. My advancing years and declining vision will not stand in my way to attempt some of the projects that you have shared with the world. It is a pleasure to watch you work. Well done, sir. Well done.
I bought fingerless motorcycle gloves for the same exact reason. I used to buy RED leather gloves to prevent other stagehands and techs from stealing them. If I had this pattern I'd have been selling them backstage. :D
And this is why Tony is the best! So happy to be a member and to have found your channel. You've helped turn my interest in Leather work into a full blown obsession
Showed my granddaughters a pair I'd made and they loved them. I've finished a pair for one & about to start a pair for the other. Thank you for a great pattern!
For the first time that I made a pair of gloves without a tutorial or video. That means that it is a great pattern that is always correct. Thank you so much Mr. Tony See.
Hello Tony. I love your patterns & tutorials. Really easy to follow and simple how I like things. Just wish leather crafts weren't painful cause of a injury I got.
Tony, I must thank you for including a pattern for super gigantic gloves in this pack!! I know a guy who's a professional strongman, and he is huge!! He has a hell of a time finding gloves that will fit, so now I know what he's getting for Xmas!!!
Perfect timing. I've been looking for some gloves like this to provide a bit of protection when using my walking stick/crutches/walker. And, of course, because I'm looking, no one is selling anything like it. So now, I'm going to make some, in the colours of my choice. Oh. Decisions Decisions....
Thank you so much for such excellent patterns and the awesome step by step videos. You make projects that look intimidating at first broken down into steps beginners can follow.
Tony i love every pattern. Your work is amazing 👏 now, i know you're not a shoe maker but i know for a fact you could make a very nice pair of boat shoes for the summer. i would love to wear more of your designs every day like a few of your hats and now gloves which i will be using every day as a cdl a driver. Just an idea 💡 😉
Tony. You make fantastic looking stuff and great patterns of which I have only bought a couple so far. "I'm very new to leatherworking" but these look like a nightmare lol. But, may still have to give them a try.
Looks like a challenge! No glovers needle? I have 2. They are curved. I plan on adding the accent leather to the outside and not cutting out the holes so I'll have more protection to the knuckles and palm areas. Also a small oval over the base of the thumb joint would be good to
thank you! If you used softer leather for knuckles and palm, would it give the gloves more flexibility? I'd love to see a version with full fingers as well, but these are very cool.
Hey, Tony. I cannot believe that you felt it necessary to put this tutorial up for free. I'm guessing that there were folk complaining about having a free pattern and then having to part with money to watch the tutorial. Those people should be ashamed. The man has to make a living somehow. No one can or should work for free especially when they are as talented as Tony. You are not just paying for the pattern you are paying for the mans experience and skills as a pattern creator. My apologies if this post is not the type you want on here, Tony. Let me know and I will take it off, it just annoys me that people expect everything for free...
I downloaded the pattern and decided even if I couldn't see a tutorial, I'd figure it out somehow. I was confused, but somewhat pleased when he did post it up.
Great video Tony, awesome as always. Keep it up buddy. Do you ever make any knife sheaths or gun holsters. I don't remember seeing any in your video list. I only found your channel few days ago an after watching first one, I hit like button, subscribe, and bell, then shared the video and watched a dozen more you made. Love the leather work you do, you make things others don't or your designs are better. Thanks for sharing, an tell people to hit the like button also. You forget to tell them.
I never wore those kind of gloves, and I have a question: doesn't the leather ever feel uncomfortable on the skin (like sweating)? Why there is no form of lining? Is it because you are supposed to wear them just for a short amount of time? Or is it a matter of good vs bad leather?
could you modify this to make it a long cuff glove? I'm working on a cosplay that has fingerless, long cuff gloves (that also have a bracer over them) and would love to use this.
Dear Sir - or anyone in the comments that may know - who makes those brass pin locators shown in this video? they would be so useful for me - I currently use twist-ties, masking tape, fuse wire... this is a nice solution. Anyone?
Okay I just became a super fan and wanted to download the glove pattern and the members only site is asking for a password how do I get that or does it come later in the membership?

You sir are a master, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the wisdom and encouragement that you share with everyone.

I’m not a driving glove kind of person but these are pretty damn sexy. Might just need a pair to match my Jeep ;) TY!!
Do you have any plans to make patterns for dinosaur skeletons like a stegasaurs or a dragon or a full length cloak? How do you create new patterns?
I never wore those kind of gloves, and I have a question: doesn't the leather ever feel uncomfortable on the skin (like sweating)? Why there is no form of lining? Is it because you are supposed to wear them just for a short amount of time? Or is it a matter of good vs bad leather?
Are they comfortable do you notice the piece in the middle my hands would notice it I think
Wow just like being taught by the great Christopher Walken
Thank you for this awesome pattern, what size glove did you use for yourself?did Diana get a pair?
Hi Tony. Why not propose to join member for one year but give the members to download 12 patterns of their choice.
👍
Son bellísimas
could you modify this to make it a long cuff glove? I'm working on a cosplay that has fingerless, long cuff gloves (that also have a bracer over them) and would love to use this.
the specific character is Elzar Mann from the Jedi High Republic books, if you'd like to see a reference.
Hola toni
Лай в благодарность😬👍
Trying to find some 0.6mm waxed linen thread. Anyone got a link?
The very first thing I thought of was Terry Bogard from Fatal Furry. Cosplay time?

I have a customer who lost an arm in an accident. Do I just charge him half price? 🤔🤣
I don’t understand why anyone would hit the “Dislike” button on a video like this. I can only imagine they are just pathetic people.
