The imperial fists player constantly not reacting to what was happening right in front of him was so frustrating.
The guarsdmen managed to hold on long enough for their victory condition to arrive: the tanks. A beautiful match
The pattern of power armour of those Imperial fists is the MkIII Iron armour pattern. It was used mainly during the Great Crusade for space boarding actions where there was a lack of cover. The Imperial Fists are associated with it because space fights were their speciality during that time.
the imperial fist player had plenty of chances to win. His timing of his pushes and not pushing was a mess. He even won the most engagements.
The way marine player lost his army to prevent 1st mechanized command from being build was terrible. And it seems all went downhill from there. That late relic capture didn't help either for sure.
Love the unification castings so far, interesting that the fist player avoided pushing after wiping the guard out instead of trying to destroy a LP to catch up in economy, but considering how long he held out maybe teching up off of a wipe has some merit?
Feels like the IF player constantly underestimated the IG player's DPS with all those plasma weapon upgrades.

Don't understand why the SM player didn't push their advantage after they wiped the IG army near the end (before the baneblade arrival)
