An Imperial barbarian, a Dunmer battlemage, a Bosmer archer, a Breton necromancer, and a Nord Jarl hang out in the Palace of Kings ready to belt out a classic. Geoff is an Imperial Barbarian, Cesar a Dunmer (dark elf) Battlemage, Omar a Bosmer (wood elf) Archer, Eli a Breton Necromancer, and Layne a Nord Jarl. The song was written for the game Skyrim, and the other language used also. VoicePlay and Geoff give me chills every time. Their latest is Dream On, the Aerosmith song. And wow. And Geoff's new one Ain't No Sunshine, has me in bits every time, it's so emotional.
Thanks I was wondering about that. I hope to play an elder scroll game soon so this will help me figure out the different races and the games names for them. It’ll help thanks!

Echoing others in saying you need to hear VoicePlay's most recent cover, Dream On by Aerosmith. It's the same lineup as this video (Omar's back!), and I guarantee it will blow you away. (and do catch up on Geoff's solo stuff- he's been doing some *amazing* covers as well, like Ain't No Sunshine, House of the Rising Sun, and Shenandoah.)
I think Geoff's bass could be detected by siesmographs.
VoicePlay decided that they no longer have room to store all the costumes and props from their videos. So recently they held their first patron auction, which raised $3500 for Music Cares. Among the 13 lots were the costumes for this video.

One of Voiceplay's members, Layne (beatboxer) runs a studio called PattyCake Studios. This studio is used for all Voiceplay and Geoff's songs.
Not true. They do film there sometimes, but use Orange Studios, rented venues and even in one case, their parents living room. They do use the studio, but not always.
They do frequently use PattyCake’s make up artists and occasionally their camera operators as well as production assistants. Dream On was filmed at an abandoned high school in Eli’s hone town, Geoff’s latest at a rental estate.

just a little FYI....the costume that Caesar is wearing is actual mail....and it weighed 20-30 pounds....he had to lay down during the taping it was so heavy....
I love Skyrim.
I personally enjoy reactors pausing, telling us what is going on in their heads, scaling it back, and then continuing. Why watch a reaction video if you don't want their reactions and thoughts!? It makes it so much more interesting than the ones who just sit there the whole time or talk over the video...so many times they miss something super cool because they are talking and it takes away from the experience. You keep doing you! Love your reactions! 😊
Great Reaction Jen, Voiceplay is my favorite a capella group. Some reactors miss the bass drops by Layne Stein, (the beatboxer). Their most recent cover is Dream On by Aerosmith. You will love that one.

Jen if you like games Skyrim is an old game that standard the test of time. One of the first open world games. You should try it. I been playing since pong and it stands out.

All I can say is prepare yourself for reacting to voiceplay doing their cover of Dream On, and Geoff Castellucci, doing his solo cover of Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers, should not be considered a cover in the traditional sense., it should be considered a upgrade.
