Your plot never fails to amaze me after the flooding within months you have crops up and ready to harvest…..maybe not all but enough. All i can say is well done
Hi Andy, wow! Your have gone from being flooded to a very productive plot! Always plenty of hints and tips for everyone along your journey of growing too. Lovely tour of your very productive garden too. Thanks for sharing and take care 😊
Hi Andy, hope you and yours are well. Everything always looks so good. I have also noticed we have not really seen any white butterflies either. I was worried about my tomato plants that were outside. But you have reassured me that there is hope for them. I have never tried growing broccoli but quite like the idea of giving it a go. My climbing beans are also shocking. I’m giving them a go in my green house and they seem to be doing really well so fingers crossed. Aawww kane❤ so lovely to see him. You are so amazing saving the little rook bless his little heart. With your care I’m sure he will grow to be strong. Love your updates Andy and looking forward to the next one. Thank you for sharing x
Everything is looking good. Hope the little guy grows some flight feathers. Your doing a good thing rescuing him. 😊
The pot that you didn't know outside near your potatoes, looks like a peonie
Great to see you still producing
Thanks for the video Andy. Things are looking great even though the weather has been so bad. Have you thought about selling some veg boxes/parcels to friends/neighbours?
My Swift in the same pots are done. Not great; averaging 1.5kg per tub of four seed potatoes.
You're lucky with the garlic, as I'm only 50 miles north as the crow flies & the rust's been unusually severe. On the plus side, the 30 in the polytunnel haven't been affected & are looking great (I harvested the outdoor softneck yesterday & still had a decent crop, though some bulbs are small).
I too couldn't get French beans to germinate in cells, so sowed some in the ground & they're up after 5 days! Emptied out the cells & every bean had rotted, rather than germinate - methinks the peat free compost held too much water.
✌️😎
It's a strange growing season this year isn't it? Your garden and plot seem to be doing quite well.
My strawberries are small, the onions aren't bulbing up, my outdoor cucumbers all wilted and died. Out of 4 sowings of peas, I've got 1 plant! Have they rotted in the rain? My potatoes, sweetcorn and carrots seem to be ok and my tomatoes have started to flower. 😊 Oh well, the joys of gardening. We plod on and hope for the best.
I'm so pleased the rook is alright. Well done you, for taking care of it. Take care.
Same here !
