Curse helps with cooldowns for other abilities like spamming golem effect and gathering up enemies/applying vulnerability. “Technically” once you get the unique boots you could swap out the curse if you only want your ultimate as a cooldown. But what would you pick instead for those slots that’s better?

You can farm the unique blood moon breeches, they make it to where your minions curse the target. That's what I did
Your the first person I seen with minions and blood but do you the curse akill is necessary
