It's a shame to have such a good series that it will just be over. Why can't the show go on with Beth, Rip and Casey taking over??? I wish that his other projects weren't on Paramount Plus, teased us with several of his shows and changed to Paramount Plus that I can't afford to pay for

The show could easily go on for one more season after Costner leaves. Maybe John dies, and all hell breaks loose, then it will truly be up to his children to save the ranch even though they're at each other's throats. The other actors are too good to waste just because Kevin is over it. It really is not all about him.

Looks like he could do both. He was only cast for what was it, 56 days for Yellowstone. So that leaves a bunch of days he’ll be free to do his passion show.
Shame. Best show ever. So glad they won't have MM there to drag it down. Hope the remaining cast will be absorbed into some of his other shows. They are all great. Almost like missing family. Will have to buy the complete dvd set .
