Amazing! I'm doing my 1st 10K this weekend. I spent 20 years of my life disabled and have slowly but surely managed to increase my distances. Your videos have really helped me prepare the right way, thanks☺️

Totally dig the Western 100 intro...and the cranberries with a lighter flavor than their 90s appearance would have them

Cool video. Kind of fun seeing all those elite runners seemingly running "easy". The weather has been pretty mild in California but it's supposed to get close to 100 this weekend. Hopefully you get to do some heat training to handle those canyons!

Could you do a video on the positives and negatives of training solo versus with a group? And whether or not to get a coach? I personally have been training 99% solo with the occasional easy run with others, and I prefer solo. I have read and heard many times people saying to find a training partner, group or coach but I'm not sold on it as I have been making good progress on my own. Keep up the good work and videos

Can you please make a video on what to do for muscle imbalances? My left leg is severely weaker than my right leg and this seems to affect me when running. Any exercises or things to do would be amazing, keep it up Sage!

Sage or Any Runner question: I live in Phoenix AZ and it's going to be 114+ this week and I usually always run around 3pm due to my schedule I usually do around 50 miles a week somedays I do 11-13mile tempo runs would it be bad for me to run in this heat? I was going to just do it on the treadmill, am I being a wuss should I just go run in the heat? I know I'm capable but it just seems like a bad idea, please anyone I would love the feedback

Ik this is probably not the right video to comment on bc it is off topic, but.....oh well. I am a 14 year old going into my freshman year of highschool. I need some advice on training. My current prs are: 1 mile: 5:00 ,2 mile: 11:00, 5k: 18:09. I have been running 25-35 miles a week consistently for the last 5 weeks. My long runs are now up to 10 miles at 7:10 pace. I am thinking about training for a half marathon and doing one in the summer. Will this effect my 5k time? Will the extra mileage help or hurt my turnover in the shorter distances? Will doing this cause me to burnout? I have not been doing any speedwork, just a tempo run every couple weeks for about 20 minutes. My main focus is 5k distance for highschool, my main question is will it help or hurt me to train for a half marathon? Thanks in advamce for any answers.

I'm not sure where ur ability lvl is at but u need to work ur miles up don't start at 70 right away( if ur tht experienced) start at like 35-40 then work ur way up. I hoped this makes sense for u

If you want to greatly reduce the forest destruction in the world... Go vegan :). Watch Cowspiracy on Netflix to see the environmental impact of the meat and dairy industry(It's the largest impact). If you don't want to check it out, sorry for wasting your time reading this. Take care.

Come on brother. Really? Do you read books made from trees? Do you live in a house made from trees? Trees are renewable. They grow back.
