Thank you - this finally explains how to change the WiFi connection. I couldn't find any online manuals or manufactures instructions. Other videos on this clock were more unpacking/promoting videos - but you focus on the important user information. I especially appreciated that you spelled out details people might miss without the manual - such as the setup url. I don’t know why this clock’s manuals can’t be found anywhere online - so your video was the only help for people who lost their manual (Tip to other shoppers - make sure to keep that little instruction set pamphlet)

I bought couple of these another day BUT 18" from Amazon for $53, i dont know how much is that one ...Couldn't find that 18" size or BIGGER in Alixpress or Temu sites ..cant wait to get it in couple of days ... 18 " looks Gigantic thats what i love, looks really nice & HUGE BUT to me is overpriced for 18", is close to $60 Bucks nahhh, BUT wish for that price at least could like changed or mix LED colors

Did you read this clock manual in this video to set the time? If yes and followed the exact same steps, there might be a problem with clock codes
Did not automatically change with Daylight Savings and am have a difficult time trying to correct the time.
Disconnect from WiFi and you should be able to set the time. I contacted the seller on Amazon and they ended up sending me a new clock. Would've liked to see a firmware update.
It looks about as strong as a PaperBox..............
Anyone know how the time sync function actually works? Does it use Network Time Protocol or does it have to connect to some random server?
Someone in the Amazon comment section said he monitored the WiFi traffic to the clock, and he saw no NTP packet. He said that he'd heard that the clock simply extracts time from the packet(s) timestamp, but that's speculative -- I'm not sure how it would decode that into a wall clock time.
@@Johnny.Fedora I looked into that idea and everything I read says there is no current time information in a wifi packet.
@@shaung638, I wonder if the clock requests an NTP packet, but only occasionally -- e.g., every 15 minutes or so. It would reduce the power requirements, which would matter if batteries were involved.
